How long does it take to make my first money?
After about three weeks of listing the property on the Airbnb listing pages, you will start to see the first money coming into your account.

Propertly undertakes to manage entire houses, villas, apartments, and detached houses. In some cases, we also take on hotels or residential complexes. The complete management is for properties in Thessaloniki and Halkidiki. However, we can manage any property throughout Greece, through online management. How will I get paid?
Payments can be made to a bank account (Greek or international). In any case, at the end of each month, a financial clearance is made based on your bookings, so that you have a complete picture of your finances and in the first ten days of the following month we transfer the money to your account. The procedure we follow is as follows: At the end of each month, we send you an invoice, which you can pay within 5 working days. If you prefer Propertly to handle the payments, we keep our percentage, and you receive the balance from us. We can work together to find the best way to manage it for you.

How do I reserve dates for my own use?
Easy! You inform us directly at least 2 weeks in advance and if there are no reservations already, we reserve it for you. Please note, however, that date reservations for your own use cannot exceed 10% of the availability of the property.
Can I set the price of my property?
Our method and the tools we use are of high quality and efficiency. They achieve accurate price placement at points that bring about maximum utilization of booking revenue. The revenue manager is familiar with the process and strives to deliver both the highest number of visitors and the highest revenue at the same time. If, however, you wish to set a minimum price threshold, we are available to help you implement it while ensuring that the number of visits is maintained. However, please note that this adjustment may limit your profits.
What is the charging policy?
Our fees are designed so that we are always supportive of your goals. We are here to help you achieve your real estate goals! Our fees are structured according to the initial assessment of the property's performance and depend on the services we provide to you. What about the damage?
Once the tenants have left, we perform a thorough inspection of your property for any damage and send you photos of any changes observed. In the event of problems, we act as mediators and work to secure full compensation, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant platform. We always ask owners to insure their property before proceeding with the rental. Airbnb covers damage, but other platforms (e.g. booking.com, Expedia) do not. It costs very little and covers any damage caused. While we try to cover your every need, please be aware that normal wear and tear due to use does not fall under the compensation.
